Connection times out when controller tries to update AP firmware?

AP 7522 (Internal) Firmware: 5.8.5.0
VX9000e Firmware: 5.8.6.5

When controller is set to AutoUpdate AP firmware it keeps timing out trying to update AP firmware?

Get this message: "ap7522-xxxxx . %FWU-3-FWUCOULDNOTGETFILE: Firmware update unsuccessful, couldn't get file, Error reciving file from server af XXXXXXX bytes: Connection timed out

Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks

It sure sounds like an MTU problem. Try lowering MTU to 1200 or lower to see if that makes a difference.
Also make sure there is no firewall blocking UDP port 24576.

Do you check the connection? Maybe it's a connection problem. Is it a WAN connection, I get some problem with bad MTU sizes. In this case you need to change the MinT MTU size (if the update is performs via MINT?).

Do you use the express or non express? VX9000e is express, AP7522 is non express, this won't work. Or it's the AP7522e?
