Hi dear Extreme Network Community Members
Let me to open this issue which is confusing me regarding the AP460e and AP460s6c and its data-rates Parameters Configuration. I understand both AP´s are based on WiFi6 (802.11ax). I thinking that 802.11ax is related to the "ancx" parameter, so it would be the best performing one. However, I can see in the configuration options of my APs that this "data-rates ancx" option is only available for my AP460e and not for the AP460s6c.
So I wonder, does my AP460s6c support native WiFi6 or not?
Why don't I have the "ancx" option available in the "data-rates" parameter on my AP460s6c?
Data rates option for AP460e, among others:
"gnx Use rates that support 11g, 11n and 11ax wireless clients"
"ancx Use rates that support 11a, 11n, 11ac and 11ax wireless clients"
Data rates option for AP460s6c, among others:
a-only Use rates that support operation in 11a-only mode
bg Use rates that support both 11b and 11g wireless clients
bgn Use rates that support 11b, 11g and 11n wireless clients
gn Use rates that support 11g and 11n wireless clients
an Use rates that support 11a and 11n wireless clients
I would be very grateful, please, if someone could clarify this issue for me since I have a network with many APs of both models.
