external captive portal keep-connected issue

Hi there,

I'm using external captive portal to connect users. my issue is that when guests try to connect for the second time next day they are not directly connected but they're asked to go through my captive portal again.

but if they try to connect again on the same day they are automatically connected.

I need help on how to resolve this issue.

you wrote you are using an external cp solution. my guess, that this 3rd party solution handles all the users.

so, the wlan setup will "only bring the traffic" to the cp, but handling of the users happens there.

pls check the settings of the cp solution.
