I joined the AP through a browser and I have a message "You have rights that will expire within 90 days" the APs are installed in Colombia.
How can I fix the problem.
I would suggest contacting GTAC or possibly your Sales Team to look into this if you have not already done so. It sounds like this is a Cloud AP that has an expiring subscription or possibly a Proof of Concept (POC) account that will also expire.
