I have configured a captive portal for the guest user in my Motorola ap6511, but I am not able to find the option where I cal specifies the captive portal user pool.
I would assume you are talking about the radius user pool policy?

I think AP6511 doesn't support Radius feature. Even AP6521 also support for demo purpose only.
It seems HW spec limitation.
I am not sure how is current version.
