Hi Tamizharasan,
forget about accessing / factory defaulting the AP.
Based on above sequence this is unable to load image properly and if you are locked withing this loop you won't be able to access WiNG OS (allowing you to factory default the AP) nor diag> mode (bootloader).
If situation is like this I strongly advise you to RMA this device and get replacement.
Was this AP ever working fine or is this DOA?
Please contact either your distributor / business partner or raise RMA directly.
Regards,
Ondrej

Hi,
Thanks for the Info.
I have connected the AP via serial cable, but still the same msg as i mentioned above.
I have installed the tool and tried connect from the same subnet PC but still it didn't recognise.
is there any other way to hard reset the AP?
Thanks

If you don't have a computer with serial port or another USB/Serial adaptor then you might want to consider resetting the AP using our Discovery/Reset tool.
Instructions included.
Thank you,
Chris

Hello Albert,
Are you using a USB to serial adapter?
If so this might be caused by said adapter. Please try to see if you have computer with an actual serial port or try out another adapter if you have one.
Thank you,
Chris
