Led Colors Code for AP7632

yesterday I upgrade the firmware for AP7632 in my controller RFS6000 but after upgrade mi AP, it showed a strange behavior, the leds of 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz were always blinked although the controller saw them, did not emit the configured WLAN, any idea of ​​why this, and is there any documentation of the LED color code for this model of AP?

I'm having same issue on a stand-alone AP7632e in my homelab.
Works fine.
But AP does not reach the configured channel width.

I don't find blink-information in hardware or wing guides.
