I am configuring an NX5000, with 3 SSIDs, each with a different VLAN, in addition to the 1 that comes by default, and that is the VLAN that I have for the administration of the switches and the controller.
How do I configure it to access from any of the other VLANs to manage it?

To access the controller on another VLAN, you need to create an SVI for the other VLAN and apply it to an interface on the controller and then INCLUDE that VLAN in the allowed VLAN list on the interface.
