My AP7562 constantly restart automatically. What do I have to do to fix it?

What model WLC is it & firmware version is the controller? Both should be on at least version 5.9.3.2

Can you provide output of CLI command 'show adoption config-errors "

I have reset factory the device, devices run normal if stand alone, but when i adoption AP to controller then AP constantly restart automatically.

Tauan please try factory resetting the AP, if reboots continue afterwords you will need to send AP for RMA



From a Console connection, login to the AP with the following credentials:

Username: reset
Password: FactoryDefault
