Pinout console cable for AP 7562 and RFS 4010

Hello, 

I am trying to connect to the controller (RFS-4010) and AP 7562 using a console cable. The cable was make independently, the scheme was found on the Internet (in the attachment). But I can't connect via the console port. In attach I insert one screen on my computer.

Please help me, maybe my scheme pinout console cable is wrong?

I use application Putty

serial port setting:

1. Speed: 19200 or 115200 ( i tested Booth speed)
2. Data: 8 bit
3. Parity: none
4. Stop: 1 bit
5. Flow Control: None

Tell me, what is the error? As far as I can see, we have the same Pinout with you.

I think you have the pinout wrong it should be as below: 

Pinout: RJ45 - DB9F

• 1-8
• 2-6
• 3-2
• 4,5-5
• 6-3
• 7-4
• 8-7
