Hi all,
Before opening a case, I thought I'll ask some questions here for people who have experience with the T5 PBN.
Recently installed a TS-524 and some TW-522 wallplates. They are running the latest 5.4.2.1-011R. DSL, GE and FE are all working great but there are some oddities with the WLAN part.
a) I've set the 2.4 GHz radio to use channels 1-6-11 but all the wallplates happily stay at channel 11. I thought I'd give it some time but it's been a week and they still haven't moved from 11. If set to auto only, it seems to work but not 1-6-11. They are overlapping so they should change the channel. Here's the config, it's the same for all wallplates.
channel auto-1.6.11

b) When the 5 GHz radio channel is set to auto it seems it will not do channel bonding. Wallplates change the channel but stay at 20 MHz channel width. You can manually change the channel and use eg. 36+, 40-, 60+ etc but not automatically. Any workaround? I'm getting around 175 Mbps but would still like to be able to use channel bonding.
c) Regarding adaptive power, I could use some clarification. Here's the config, it's the same for all wallplates.
adaptive-power schedule duration 1
adaptive-power schedule interval 24
adaptive-power schedule start-time 02:00:00 26 jan 2018
power adaptive
Interval and start time is understandable, but duration - how long will it adjust the power? In that one hour of doing adaptive power, can clients still connect to WiFi? This kinda seems like SMART-RF calibration from WiNG 4.
There appears to be some cosmetic errors in the GUI regarding adaptive power, Here's a screenshot ->

Thanks for all replies / suggestions.
