unable to login the Extreme Wing Manager (1.0.9)

Today Morning, I have tried to login the Extreme Wing Manager (1.0.9) but I can’t able to open it, and I am getting the error of Adobe Flash player support.

I have attached the snapshot below for your reference. Please Fix it ASAP. Many clients are waiting here for Guest login.
