VX9000 Controller - Oracle Cloud (Classic)

I installed iso VX9000 virtual controller in Oracle VirtualBox successfully, but when I do the installation in Oracle Cloud (Classic) it presents kernel error and goes into reboot loop.
Any suggestion ?
Is there any VX9000 compatible product that runs on the Oracle Cloud?
