Wing AP not adopting to controller

I have configured VX9000 controller on Vm but when I connect my AP-7522 in network it is not adopting.

There are several things that could be happening here.  The first one, since you mentioned that this is a VM, is...have you applied a VX9K platform license?

The VX9K comes with 64 AP licenses, but it also requires a platform license in order to actually function.
