Wing - Application Error

Hello!

I'm facing a problem when trying to view statistics from a remote site (dashboard > summary) using Wing Manager (flash) version 1.0.10. The environment is centralized and has several sites, but only one of them presents the error below.

Message :Timed out waiting for remote device: xpath=wing-stats/rf_domain[name='DOMAIN_NAME']/wireless/domain-stats

Has anyone of you had this problem and managed to resolve it?

Hi Twell,  i am facing the issue on GUI of Extreme Networks wing 5.9-Adaptive Networks.

This normally happens when you have latency between your device and the end device. Check to see if you are experiencing latency anywhere on the path to the device.
