How put a banner motd on VX9000? Step to step or some link? 

You need to add at least one superuser to the management policy, that's why it was failing to commit.

So if you added something like:

user test password 12345678 role superuser access all

Then it would let you commit.

Hey Frazee, in this mode (CLI) i had a problem with superuser, but in UI works, THNK.

If using the UI, proceed to the following:

Configuration
Management
Select the management policy you want to edit
Access Control
Message of the Day

Ensure to click on OK button, then Commit and Save button.

From the CLI after login:

enable [enter]
config [enter]
management-policy xxxxx [enter] (default if you have not renamed or created a different one)
banner motd xxxxxxxx [enter] (x represents the text you want to see after successful log)
com wr [enter]
