Hi Community,

I configured a CaptivePortal with WiNG 7.7.1 on a VX9000 Server with AP410c AP's.

When I want to check Statitics there pops up the following Error message:image.png
Does somebody know what the issue could be?
Thanx in advance.

Sebastian

Hello Sebastian,

I am seeing the same issue in my lab on VX v7.7.1.7 and v7.9.2.0. Unfortunately, WiNG Manager is no longer sustained/supported with engineering. Since NOVA currently does not have this parameter, please contact your Extreme Networks Account Team and have them submit a feature request against NOVA, to add Guest Access Statistics to the NOVA UI.

Thanks,

Hello,

Did this start happening only after configuring the CWP?

If you disable CWP, do you still get message when accessing the Statistics page?

Have you tried accessing the Statistics page via NOVA UI and do you get any errors?

BR,

Christoph S.

Hi Christoph,

what do you mean with CWP? The CaptivPortal?
I did not try to open the statistics before installieng the CP
On the Nova GUI there is no Statistics -> Guest Access

Sebastian

Hello Sebastien,

Yes CWP = Captive Web Portal

Please disable CP and try the statistics page to see if there is any correlation between the 2.

What firmware version are you on 7.7.1.?.

Please make sure you are on 7.7.1.7

From the looks of it, seems like latency loading the data on this page.

Do you have any polling going on in the background?

Are any other pages slow to load?

BR,

Christoph S.
