Symptoms
Cannot access web management.
Error message displayed on console during boot up:Caution: Failed to initialize web server. The web service is
unavailable. The web files are perhaps damaged. Please re-download the
firmware.443
Solution/Workaround
Download and reapply firmware 1.01.02.0002 or higher.
For example:
08G20G4-48P:admin# download firmware_fromTFTP 10.1.1.10 src_file
08G20G4_RUNTIME_V01.01.02.0002.had dest_file c:/firmware.had boot_up
Connecting to server................... Done.
Download firmware...................... Done. Do not power off!
Please wait, programming flash......... Done.
Success.
