I have an onpremise HiveManager with APs connecting to it, which are all running older firmware.
It appears that at least two of our AP230’s have somehow upgraded to HiveOS 10.3r3 and thus are completely disconnected from our HiveManager and unable to be managed.
How is this even possible to happen? Our HiveManager does not have that software available on it, to send to the AP.
No matter the answer to #1, we can not logon to the AP via SSH or the web portal. Our known management password does not work, nor do the default Extreme passwords work. Is there any known workaround to this? These APs are in a warehouse, so quite difficult to reach.
