The Extreme Portal will be undergoing maintenance from October 9-13, 2025. During this time, you will not be able to access the support portal. If you need assistance while the portal is offline, our support team will be happy to help—just give us a call or email support@extremenetworks.com to open or update a case.
- On or after October 13th @ 10am EST, the URL for the Portal will change from ‘extreme-networks.my.site.com’ to ‘extremesaas.my.site.com’.
- On or after October 13th, all Extreme Portal users must perform a password reset using the “Reset Password/Forgot Password” link on the new Portal URL.
- If you have already tried resetting your password on or after October 13th, and you are still unable to login, please email portal@extremenetwork.com for assistance.
