Dear all,
I need to add a new contract to my account, and i have sent an email to portal@extremenetworks.com since 5 days ago, but still no answer untill now.
How can i add a new contract and also fix my company name?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard back from the portal team yet. I would recommend reaching out to your account manager about updating your company name, and they should be able to help you with your portal requests or direct you to someone who can as well. I will email you directly with your account manager's contact information as soon as I finish this post.
