Has any one else seen the IQ website show an AP 4000 status with both online and configuration green, however the AP is sitting a default configuration. This seems to happen all the time on my network. Extreme says all I need to do it re-push the configuration. Once I had to re-push the configuration 3 times before what the web showed and what the AP was really doing were in sync. The true issue is why would I do anything with the AP at all, the system Extreme says to uses "Cloud IQ" shows it as online and configured. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Did the AP have a configuration previously, and then went back to a default state? Or were these new APs you've added that hadn't had any updates pushed to them at all yet?

fully configured. AP get pulled from new box. Gets added to IQ, update firmware, apply policy assign location host name everything. AP finishes with that shows fully configured. Lose power to the AP and presto it does not come back online correctly. Goes to default, at the local level, with the web still showing that it is fully configured and online. Oddly the web will show that the device went offline

A sudden loss of power during operation may cause an issue with the AP, but it's unusual that it resets all together. To look in to this further, we'd want to enable some debugs before the event and then collect logs after the event so we can see exactly what the AP did. I'd recommend opening a case for this process so we can keep all logs private and in the same place on a case. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful here.
