Hi there, I hope you all are doing well.

I created an account on Extreme Networks to get training, but every time I try to login, it says that my username doesn't exist. Now, when I try to create another account with the same email I signed up with, it states that the account already exists. Can somebody help me resolving this issue? Thank you

To access training and learn more about Extreme Networks products, please make sure you are registered through the Extreme Academy portal. You can register using the following link:
https://extreme-networks.my.site.com/ExtrAcademyRegistration

If you’re encountering issues, please share your email address using which you are trying to register the form online. Else, you can call the support team for assistance.
