What is wrong with the support portal login page?

Every time I log in it tells me my password is wrong.  I use the Forgot password link to reset it to what it already is and it’s fine until I need to log back in again.  My password is 9 characters with upper, lower, numbers, and punctuation mark.  Just curious.
