Extreme CloudIQ Companion APP Andriod - Unsupported User Type

Cannot login to the APP (Latest Version).  Message at the bottom states: "Unsupported user type.  Please contact sales to upgrade your account".  What does that mean?  I am an Extreme Partner.

As an Extreme Partner, our accounts are not tied to a particular VIQ.  I would recommend that if you want more customer to use the APP, you give Partners upgraded accounts so that the clients can see it in use.

Hi,


Companion App is only available for accounts with valid licenses. The Companion App can not be used with Connect level (freemium tier) VIQs. Companion App can not be used with Hierarchical VIQs.
