Mostly this issues have to do with user account. Clearing User data help.
But your version is more than 4,5 years old. I would strongly recommend you to update this software.

Logged in user settings “Clear browser data” fixed this issue
System upgrade is my clients decision at this moment so cannot do much about it at this moment.
