XMC archive of XCC Error

Hi Having trouble archiving the XCC controllers in XMC I get failed / Error when trying to do this. I do have the XCC manually backing upto a store on the XMC but it would be good if I could archive the config along with the rest of the switches and appliences.

No problem for terminal access straight on. 

The error I get is :- 

Device Reported - There is no such file or directory

File Not Found/Missing

what error message do you get when you try to backup (check Events on XMC)?
Does XMC have terminal access to XCC? Have you tested this?
