So you are probably wondering why we’ve moved from one forum to another?
This forum offers up a few extra perks. A discussions space for the Heroes community and the Extreme team to discuss products, solutions and ask general questions. A product suggestions page for select Heroes to submit product suggestions to Extreme starting 14th October 2020.
As you explore the forum I wanted to highlight a few things:
- Discussions: The place to ask questions, get answers and share experiences with peers
- Product Suggestions: The place to submit product suggestions to Extreme. Access will only be granted to those upon request and those who complete the Extreme Submissions Addendum process.
- Points Leader board: Get points for your contributions
What’s the difference between the Hero Forum and the Hero Zone (on PartnerEngage)?
The Hero Zone will be used to post content i.e. tech talk recordings, technical content, tools and resources.
The Hero Forum is a communication platform and will be used to discuss topics and ask questions.
