Getting a Voucher Number for an AVB License

Hello,

This is the first Extreme X430-8P switch we have purchased. We are going to use it in a BiAmp Tesira AVB system. I need to enable the AVB License, when I try it asks me for a Voucher Number. We did not purchase the Switch through Extreme but through Newegg. I do not see this number on the Newegg Invoice. Do I need to connect Newegg to get this Voucher Number or do I contact Extreme.

As already said, for a permanent use you need to buy a license. For testing purposes you can enable AVB for 30 days by using the trial license in EXOS. Command: debug epm enable trial-license

The trial license is also not supported on the X440-L2 switch. The non-L2 variety of the X440 does support the trial license.
