Could be some other things that are handled a bit different to such as acl's or policy's.. Drew is correct as safest bet would be to past old to new 5 or 6 lines at a time checking for errors... If your port numbers don't match up you just have to compare how they are configured and change the config accordingly.

so this will work going from a x450-e to the new 460 g2

You shouldn't have any trouble with this. I would recommend scrolling through the config and confirm your port numbers are correct. The X450e had "combo ports" whereas the X460-G2 does not. Port numbers for any XGM modules will not be the same for the VIMs on the X460-G2.
