on my experience, only HP (pre-commware) vendor were doing that.. Extreme, Cisco, DLink switches, and Intel NICs had no problems with that.

Hi Paulo, Copper/UTP SFP+ do exist, but not in any Extreme approved part. I believe the main problem with being able to use or support them is the inability to provide sufficient power over the interface to the SFP+ itself.

Drew's got it : power requirement for 10G-baseT exceeds the specifications of SFP+ interfaces. This is the reason why all manufacturers will address this need with Twinax/DAC copper cables or preconnectorized fibre cables. The drawback stays : maximum length is limited to several tens meters.
The other obvious option is to use 10G copper ports, but the cost of a linecard may be dissuasive

Actually we released in March such a transceiver:
10338 10Gb SFP+ 10GBASE-T 10Gb SFP+, 10GBASE-T RJ45, 30m with Cat6a
I believe it's only validated on EOS 8.62 or something like that, and not yet validated on EXOS. That would require a check.
Please note that such copper SFP+ are limited to 30m with Cat6a.
