What exam do I take for the ECS-Netsight certification?

I have looked around at the training portion of the Extreme site and I can't find anything that says if there is an exam for this certification or how to take it.

In summary: (It depends on how you took the first exam

- If you took an live instructor led class and the exam was proctored by the Instructor you are allowed to retake the exam again, proctored by the same instructor.
- If this was an exam code that was purchased or if you attended a virtual led class you must purchase another exam code in order to retake a failed exam.
