What are the steps of getting firmware downloads for some of the lab equipment we have? It's 2 x MLXe4's currently on 5.5. We don't have any support. Bought this gear from a vendor just for our engineers to "play" with. Do we have to purchase supp...

Tried 4 times, with more or less characters in the original message. No luck. Every time I want to open open a case I get 404.
