Yes that is the reason why the routes are not installed in x670g2. x460 is not generating the type 4 lsa . May be you can try a restart process in x460 and check or disable/enable the redistribution and check.

Please provide one more output from x670g "show ospf lsdb detail summary-asb".
Type 5 LSA for the default route is received in x670g2 but it got not installed. If type 4 lsa is not received from x460 this may happen.
Your 460's router ID is 1...
