I have recently acquired a X250e-48p switch. The switch wont boot and constantly reboots, I got a console cable onto it and get the following error

Hi Daniel, thanks for the reply but Kawawa already posted this how to above, I am just waiting on Drew to forward me the PMON file for the BootROM upgrade.
Okay so upon some searching, someone suggested that the Bootrom images are actually stored within the XOS image, Is this correct ? I didn't want to try it incase I turned it into a brick anymore.
Hi Kawawa, Thanks very much I will definitely give it a go, I am guessing Ill need PMON 1.0.5.7 Do you know where I can get it from, Ive looked inside of esupport but I all can see in there are XOS images.
