I have an AP250 connected to a POE injector and then to my switch. I get the orange light saying there is power, but on my switch there is no network connectivity. I can plug an AP130 into the same connection and it lights up with no issues
So the problem ended up being one of the pins on the female rj45 port inside the AP. It was bent and touching another pin. Got it straightened and now it connects with no issues
