My new entitlement key does not appear to be working. Each time I log in it says I have so many days left. I tried re-entering it, but it says it is already entered. How do I resolve this?
I created case #00248803. They explained to me that my once my temporary key expires my newly purchased key will automatically kick in. Thanks for following up with me and your willingness to resolve this issue.
