not sure if this could help but we had some issues with flowcontrol on some of the alphabets.
Could you check if disabling fc might solve your issue?

FW 10.21 is not yet released. Not even internal.
You will see an update on this if you are registered to the WLAN info or just contact our GTAC and ask 4 early adoption.
