We purchased 60 licenses for Hivemanager in April but as of now it is showing 0 devices in our inventory even though we have 47 APs. On the AP page it shows all 47 devices as "unmanaged". How do we fix this? Thanks.

I apologize, my information in my first post was incorrect. All of the APs are marked as managed but also marked as Unconfigured. I threw a test AP on the network and it immediately came up as configured and managed AND my device inventory shows 1 ...

Is there a way to preview a new version of Hive Manager NG before upgrading our instance?

We purchased 60 licenses for Hivemanager in April but as of now it is showing 0 devices in our inventory even though we have 47 APs. On the AP page it shows all 47 devices as "unmanaged". How do we fix this? Thanks.
