My access point won't go online in my hive. I'm able to add it, but nothing happens after that.

How can I monitor if the controller, or hive, is reachable from my network? SNMP, IP address or URL?

I have an AP121 that can't be added in a new hive. It was connected to a hive managed by 3rd party, but it should have been removed from the old hive. Aerohive Connect keeps saying AP is connected to another hive. Resetting AP does not help.

Hi Sam! I've already reset the AP via the reset button and also via console command. It seems that the Aerohive re-director service is re-directing the AP to the wrong hive. It's serial no. 12112110801773.

Hi David, Thanks. What do I need UDP 12222 and TCP 2083, 20000 ~ 20256 for? Everything seems to work fine without allowing these ports? Regards, Allan Kjær
