WiNG 7.6.3.0-012R is Now Available!

WiNG 7.6.3.0-012R has been released!

This version includes the Nova management UI. Nova UI is the new HTML5 UI for managing WiNG distributed devices. This UI is available only on controllers.

Ok NOVA works only on controllers? What about small installations without a controller or only with a vc? When do you plan the HTML5 for this environment?

I join with this question. Our implementations for the most part are made of APs only with virtual controller.

Thanks for your patience while I looked into this. At this time, there are no plans for an HTLM5 GUI outside of the WiNG Controller. If you are managing your APs as standalone devices, or managing your APs with a Virtual Controller, you’d want to continue to configure the devices via the CLI or using the Wing-Manager program released to replace flash. I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you here.
