Application Bandwidth data - Is it accurate?

Application Bandwidth data - Is it accurate?

I've been working with our MS Intune deployment team to get a better handle on how and when windows updates are being deployed, and what impact that may be having on Wi-Fi performance.
After comparing some data numbers it appears Extreme Cloud IQ may be over-reporting the "Windows Update" application data usage by an order of magnitude.

Is there any way to see how XIQ is classifying application traffic?
Has anyone else tried to corroborate data numbers in XIQ using any other systems or software?

Data that passes through Extreme Network AP's is classified using application signatures. Please be sure that the APs in you deployment are running the latest firmware version possible since new application signatures are included in these updates.
To the best of my knowledge data usage statics should be accurate. However, if you can provide data showing significate discrepancy's it the amount of data shown for an application, opening a support ticket with Extreme Networks GTAC would be a next step.
