Hi,
My AP130 (S/N 01301607152458) is already onboarded on an unlicensed Hivemanager NG account used for training - and I can’t access it anymore.
Any chance you can clear the old record so that I can add to my new ExtremeCloud IQ Connect account?

I would recommend upgrading to 10.0r7 for the AP 130 to make sure you have the latest bug fixes and feature updates.

Thank you Sam, the device is in my inventory.
Regarding the OS version, the AP is 6.5.6.0 which seems to be supported by ExtremeCloud IQ Connect. Is this the recommended stable version for this device which will be used sandalone for now?
