In HiveManager NG I enabled SSH in the Global Settings. I then go to a device, under Advanced Settngs and choose SSH. In the following window I click Enable SSH and then get an error message saying that a device (seemingly a random serial number) has refused the connection.
What am I missing?

Hi Robert, I don't see any issue and attempted a SSH on a switch today.
Once you enable SSH under global settings, navigate to your device and under "Additional Device Settings" --> SSH --> Choose the timeout and Enable.

Anything else needs to be done for this to work? (like some additional ports opened for the Management VLAN in external firewall?)

Attached is a screenshot of NG failure to setup an SSH session with a HiveOS device. Could be either a switch or AP, both fail. Fastpath attempts to connect but after a minute it also fails.
