Hello.

I've got a Aerohive AP which is stuck in a old instance of Hivemanager, which we no longer have access to. Can you remove the following devices from the old manager so it can be onboarded again?
The serial is 02301405162008

Hi there, apologies for the long wait here. To request a serial number be released from it's old inventory,  you'll want to contact our support team on the Extreme Portal, under Support. They'll be able to help you from there. Hope this helps!
