Can't update the firmware in old AP130 models

Hello,
I need to install a new Access Point (AP130) in the school where I work.
After setting it up in HiveManager (Quick Add devices) and connecting it to the network, I am not able to update it. It doesn't take the static ip address and the name assigned, and it starts turning off and on constantly. I see that its firmware is quite old, 6.5r1b.
Could someone send me the instructions about how to update it manually and where I can find the appropriate firmware (at the moment we are using 8.2r4 for all the APs)?
