Can the Aerohive prevent my Win 10 computers from recognizing each other?

I cannot get several of my networked pc's to "see" each other. I have verified that they are all listed as a "private" network. I've tried just about everything I can with all the help I can find online regarding this issue. Registry settings , security protocol, etc.

Can you elaborate a bit more by chance? They cannot talk to each other on the network? Are they both on the same SSID? Within the Aerohive UI, SSIDs can block stations from communicating with each other (called Inter-station traffic filter). A firewall could also be applied to the User Profile that is attached to the SSID that could restrict device to device communication.
