With Extreme Networks, Inc. taking over AeroHive, how will that effect us as customers. Is there a plan to move from the AeroHive manager to an Extreme manager? Product adjustments? A timeline for changes?

When you have two allocated RADSEC AP's what happens when one of them has an issue, does it prevent users connecting to an SSID which uses RADIUS, or does the secondary one automatically take control etc for my clear understanding.

How to download firmware manually for AP250

We have hivemanager cloud version and i'm trying to update firmware on an AP through web interface.... but my account doesnt give me access to firmware?   We should have full support...we pay for the cloud service, am i missing something?
