Hello, I am running the latest HiveManager Classic 8.2r2c, and run into the follow issue when trying to create Local Accounts when logging in with User Manager Operator or User Manager Admin account.

The error is occurring for a particular SSID and when the User is User Manager Operator and only has access to create an account for the particular SSID, the error below is shown:

The error is 'Cannot create any temporary user accounts. Please contact the administrator. ' as shown in the below screenshot

If ta User Manager Admin which has access to all SSIDs, he is able to create accounts but again not for this particular SSID.

The error shown is:

Accounts first needed creating logging in as Administrator and creating the Local Users

Additionally, the attributes between the PPSK user group and User Profile match and the user profile has 'allow user manager to manage this profile' ticked.
