I'd try resetting the device, but if that doesn't work you might want to pursue an RMA for that AP.

I tested with the 2 ports on the AP and with 2 different switches.

I wouldn't say that's normal, if you switch ports with an AP that is getting an IP, does the issue stay with the AP or the switch port?

I have 10 APs and 9 work perfectly. This AP does not get an IP address. Or is it normal?
I use the same switch and the same port.
I hope that PuTTY brings the solution.
